Each year Fresno Chaffee Zoo sponsors a series of special events to provide fun activities for our community as well as raise funds to support the Zoo. Tickets for each event will be sold up to six weeks in advance and are available at a discount to Fresno Chaffee Zoo members.

The Zoo also holds special animal enrichment days that are free with regular paid admission.

Party for the Planet is included with regular Zoo admission.

This December, the Zoo will be transformed into a magical world of lights! Come to the Zoo during the evening hours to see Santa and enjoy the lights, free hot cocoa, coffee and cookies, holiday crafts, and more! Each evening will feature live entertainment from local groups (schedule below). Photos with Santa will be available at an additional charge.

Tickets may be purchased at the door or at the Zoo admissions window during regular Zoo hours.
